Home to the largest park, Magnolia is the second largest neighborhood in Seattle. Presenting Discovery
Park, a 534-acre park on the shore of Puget Sound known for its populous wildlife habitat which includes Eagles, Herons, Falcons, and beavers, just to name a few. Discovery Park provides an abundant of trails with wildlife experiences and jaw dropping views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Aside from the beautiful landscape, Magnolia is a close-knit community that is more so isolated from Seattle though it is an easy access to downtown Seattle. Magnolia is also home to local specialty stores, restaurants, and weekly summer farmer’s market.
